To be eligible to return an item for a refund, It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In addition, it must be in the original packaging. Finally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Where items have been handcrafted or personalized for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. So please make sure to review the item before purchasing.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and will process your refund within seven business days after the returned item is confirmed to be in reasonable condition.
It would help if you considered using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable if you seek a refund other than for a faulty item.
